Your order is getting the VIP treatment right here in our Australian facility — we're talking careful packing, quality checks, and enough enthusiasm to power a small nation. It's basically a love letter wrapped in bubble wrap.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. Keep an eye on your parcel any time via Track Your Order — you'll also get tracking updates by email once your order ships. (We promise we're not stalking you, but your ice pack definitely is.)

Taxes & Duties

All prices include GST, so the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. We currently ship within Australia only.

Wrong address?

Oops, happens to the best of us. If you've made a mistake in your delivery address, contact us ASAP at hello@chlax.com.au. We'll sprint to update it before your order ships — once it's with the carrier, it's basically gone rogue and we can't redirect it.

Delayed or lost parcels

Carriers occasionally have a meltdown (pun intended). If your tracking hasn't budged for 5+ business days, or your order is way past the estimates, get in touch and we'll hunt it down with the carrier and make it right.

Shipping

Where does CHLAX ship?

CHLAX ships to all states and territories across Australia. We don't currently ship internationally.

How long does delivery take?

Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days from the date your order is dispatched. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and carrier availability.

How much does shipping cost?

Free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $100
Orders under $100: standard shipping from $7.95 to $25.95, based on the total weight of your order
Australia Post Express: available at checkout for orders up to 6kg, priced by weight

How will I know when my order has shipped?

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Use this to monitor your delivery progress.

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes. Australia Post Express is available at checkout for orders up to 6kg. Express rates are based on order weight and are shown at checkout. Free shipping applies to standard shipping only.

Returns & Refunds

What is CHLAX's return policy?

We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in its original, resalable condition and packaging.

Our team will provide return instructions and a return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Who pays for return shipping?

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly sent, we'll cover the return shipping.

How will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. You can choose to receive your refund as:

Store credit, applied to your CHLAX account for future purchases
Original payment method, refunded back to the card or payment method used at checkout

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

If your CHLAX product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@chlax.com.au with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
